Early Life & Lineage
Michael Worth was baptised on 3rd March 1744 at Walkhampton Church (🔒Walkhampton Parish Baptism Register, Plymouth & West Devon Record Office).
He was the son of Robert Worth (1710–1782) and his wife Mary Worth (née Kiveal).
Marriage & Family Connections
On 12th May 1770, Michael married Elizabeth Atwell (Betty) at Walkhampton Church. (🔒Walkhampton Parish Marriages & Banns Register, Plymouth & West Devon Record Office).
Michael’s elder brother, Robert, had previously married Elizabeth’s sister, Agnes Atwell, on 23rd April 1765.
Together, Michael and Elizabeth had six children:

- Betty Worth (b. 1781)
- John Worth (b. 1785)
- Grace Worth (b. 1789)
Death & Burial
Michael was buried at Walkhampton on 2nd February 1792 (🔒Walkhampton Parish Burials Register, Plymouth & West Devon Record Office).
